Hi dear,

This suggests acute gastroenteritis
To guide you in home management, kindly give me the following details:

1. His age and weight
2. when did this start?
3.Any fever or abdominal pain (excessive crying)
4. Does the stool contain blood or mucus?
5. Anyone else in the family having similar symptoms?

For vomiting we can give Ondansetron , dosage depending on his age and weight . Kindly get back with details, so that I can guide you better
Meanwhile give him frequent sips of fluids like ORS solution or salted rice water to prevent dehydration
