Brief Answer:
Acute pharyngitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From the complaints, it seems to be acute pharyngitis or sore throat which is causing you pain while swallowing.
It would be better if you can send me the picture of your throat so that I can suggest you better and prescribe you accordingly.
Also, tell me any medicines you have been taking so far?
Any fever?
Any post nasal drip?
Hope I have answered your query.
Follow up with the required information.
Thanks and regards.
