Question : Hi, I just had a pale stool and I've never had it before. I did Keto for a while but I've pretty much stopped and during the BM I had a normal brown one and then an immediate change in color. Should I go to the doctor asap or wait and see if it happens again? The internet has me kinda worried.

Brief Answer:
Wait and watch.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Have seen your details.
All colors of stool from yellow to brown except tarry black are concidered normal.
As there is history of recent food pattern change I would suggest you to wait for minimum 2-4 bowel moments and if things don't improve then go to doctor or else take a small sample of stool to the laboratory for test called routine and microscopy. If any thing would be normal it would be reflected in the test.
Thanks!
