Brief Answer:
Consult a surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Kindly follow with following management at home and see if it helps:
- increase fiber rich foods like fruits and veggies and clean drinking water
- do not push hard while passing stools; straining can makes piles worse
- Apply Anusol or pylmulti ointment before every motion until bleeding in control
- wash the area after every motion and apply vaseline or coconut oil
- if the area is sore, then have sitz baths with Quercus Cortex twice a day for 2-3 days

Above treatment should help in 2-3 days. If not, rectoscopy by surgeon can be done to confirm the diagnosis and proceed accordingly.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
