it's been going on about a month and cold or warm doesn't make it come on no I don't really have any other pain in my joints except in my hands and my feet and my wrists and the only thing I'm taking is Norvasc metoprolol and clonidine for blood pressure I've been on that regimen for 14 years and have not changed really weird seeing is that in my fingers if you look at the picture I sent you there's like little Splinter like seems coming out of my cuticles and my fingernails and I really really painful

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
* Still, the suspicions regarding vascular compromise remains at the top of all this as there is substantial amount of pain.
* Routine fungal infections do not give rise to such intense pain and burning.
* I strongly recommend to undertake a Doppler ultrasound evaluation of both upper and lower limbs to evaluate any underlying vascular compromise giving the agony of symptoms.
* Primary relief with ice pack application along with analgesic like Tylenol 3 times a day after meals.
Hope this will help you for sure.
