Based on your description, the probable cause for the pain is likely to be gastric irritation/ulcer, but a heart related or pancrease related issue need to be ruled out by a few investigations like ECG, ultrasound scan and serum amylase/lipase level estimation.

I urge you to visit your nearest hospital and get an ECG done along with the other tests as suggested above and proceed further based on the findings.
