Hello,

-How bad is the pain (on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst)? Any heaviness over the chest, any excessive sweating?

-How is the pain? Is it constant or coming and going?
-Is the pain remaining constant in one area or spreading to somewhere else as well?

-Any recent history of cough/cold/flu? Any history of smoking/drinking, any cardiac history in the family?

You should be investigated and examined by a Physician as management can be done based on the findings thereafter...
