Question : Im having full dandruff, need solution for that

Actually treatment depends on severity of problem.
The problem with dandruff is that many time it does not resolve completely and it may come back .
If mild to moderate dandruff then it can be controlled with mild non-medicated shampoo like Loreal (yellow bottle), coconut oil, cleaner drinking water, avoid antibiotics.
If severe dandruff then an anti-fungal medicine like fungicide lotion can be applied on scalp and wash it off in half hour. This can be repeated 2 times in a week to control dandruff and then let the scalp recover for few weeks with mild shampoo.
