Question : Hi doc, I had lower abdomen cramps 2 weeks back. Checked with my physician and she suggested ultra sound. In that everything seems fine. Only fatty liver. Then I did fibroscan also. That also seems normal. But doc advised proper exercise. I consulted my gynec also. She gave some Antibiotics. I was ok while taking medicine. But now again I have severe cramps in pelvic area. Its not continous pain. But sometimes it will be there. My period is also regular. Kindly suggest some remedy

Brief Answer:
As detailed.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Lower abdominal cramps can be due to the following reasons as most common:
Enteritis/ IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.

PID means Pelvic inflammatory disease, may be accompanied by other Gyne symptoms like discharge, itching, dyspareunia (if you are married) and so on - you already have consulted a Gynecologist.

You already have posted about Ultrasonography and Fibroscan and the findings can not be related to lower abdominal pain.

Hence I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tested for three consecutive days. sometimes gives findings and possible cure.
Relevant blood and urine tests.
Maybe a consultation with a Surgical or Medical Gastroenterologist helps in further clarification.

Hope I have answered your query.
