Please check for BP, pulse and temperature. If they are high please see a doctor.

Sometimes dehydration can cause room spinning.

Vertigo can present like this with simple viral infection.
All well with BP, pulse and temperature give her plain water, Ibuprofen for an earache and let her rest.
