Brief Answer:
Needs admission in a hospital. Looks like viral hepatitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The reports are indicative of liver damage.

The good thing about this is, it seems to be getting better as indicated by reducing ALT levels.

However, the exact cause for hepatitis needs to be confirmed by doing some more investigations and if the bilirubin level is too high, supportive measures need to be started.

You should advice your neighbor to take their son to a good hospital nearby and get admitted as soon as possible.

The itching in the body is indicative of elevated bilirubin levels which happens in liver damage.

We can not comment on the size of the liver as there is no scan done. (but it is usually enlarged when there is acute damage to the liver).

There is ongoing infection in the body as is evident from the rising WBC counts, so it is best to admit the child and get treated.

I hope this answers your query.
Regards
