Brief Answer:
Fentanyl transdermal patch and loperamide tablets.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As your brother has lung cancer and is started radiosurgery 2 treatments, I would advise him to apply fentanyl transdermal patch locally for his bone pain.

For diarrhea, he can take loperamide followed until his diarrhea stops.

For racing pulse 100/min he can take a beta-blocker group of drugs once daily.

You can consult your local doctor regarding these medications.

Hope I have answered your query.
