Brief Answer:
Could be symptoms of insufficient blood flow!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this chest discomfort that you have reported doing some manual work.Considering your past medical records, there is a high possibility that there could have been insufficient blood supply to the heart. However, this is not that concerning as the symptoms seem not to have be severe enough to raise the possibility of a possible heart attack. These look like having cramps when we exercise to levels that blood cannot guarantee great supply.

However, should you have these symptoms again in future, I will like that your doctor get at least an EKG and cardiac enzymes levels just to make sure that all is okay.

In all, these symptoms do not seem too concerning right now. Should they recur in future, please talk to your doctor for a possible EKG and cardiac enzymes levels just to make sure that all is okay.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
