Question : Im taking carevedol 25 mg twice a day . I get really dizzy and blurred vision. I'm heart patient had open-heart surgery 8 years ago and a diabetic on insulin. Take Plavix and aspirin is carevedol making me dizzy?

I will suggest that you measure your blood pressure and blood glucose during these episodes and report the values to us. You are taking the maximum and full strength dosage of carvedilol and this may be the most likely cause.
