Brief Answer:
Blood culture and sensitivity.

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam,
Nice to meet you,
As you are not feeling well for about a week, it is advisable to do a culture and sensitivity to make a picture about the infective pathogen and its sensitivity towards the drug for effective management.
In meanwhile , I came to know that you already on higher antibiotics (like zofran and levaquin)and painkiller. It is advised to continue on the drugs for the prescribed period without stopping, in order to prevent resistance to that particular drugs in future. In most stance , you will be alright with this drugs itself since it covers over a broad variety of bacteria.
Kindly follow up with blood culture report for further assistance.
Hope helped you,
Take care.
