Brief Answer:
Differential diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there..

Thanks for writing in.

The possible differential diagnosis are rheumatoid arthritis,SLE, GERD/acidity related issues, thyroid disorders, cardiac pathology.

I would advise you to visit a physician and get a couple of investigations done like hemoglobin, lipid profile, blood sugars, thyroid function test, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels.

Do get an ECG done to rule out a cardiac cause in view of upper left arm soreness.

Thyroid disorders can cause loss/thinning of eyebrows. Low protein diet is another possibility. It might also be due to an allergy to hair XXXXXXX products, if you are using any.

Hope my answer was helpful to you.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
