Brief Answer:
Its a common side-effect

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Its a common side-effect for patients on lexapro to have increased sweating. THis is called hyper hydrosis which later leads to a sulphur like bad smell. The problem is more during summer and when there are rains when the humidity in the air is high.
YOu need to bath 2 times a day atleast and you may use deodrants if the problem is for a short period of year but if it is persistent and causing distress, then the change of antidepressants is called for. Other good options would be mirtazapine or desvenlafaxine etc.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
