                                    No not itccy, no famil member got it, it only appered y'day, only in left and righ groin area, i did wore moist underwear after swming dont that caused it

I wanted to rule out vitiligo.
It is just a fungal infection.
Apply clotrimazole powder in night and clotrimazole cream in day for 15 days you will get relief.
