Question : Of yesterday when I would swallow I felt a tightening in my chest roughly in the breast plate area. At first I thought it was something caught in my esophagus from swallowing. Now when I eat or a drink right around my solar Plex area it tightens up and hurts don't know if it's just indigestion or something I should get looked at

Hi and welcome.
In most cases these symptoms are seen in benign conditions such as gerd,hiatus hernia or gastritis and some more serious diagnoses are rare in your age. I suggest to have easier diet,more liquid food,milk products,boiled food,avoid coffee,alcohol and smoking and chew your food well. If there is no improvement in few days,you should do gastroscopy to rule out diagnoses that I have mentioned. Wish you good health. Regards
