Brief Answer:
Please upload an image

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for asking.

Let me assure you that some amount of redness at the injection site is normal and not concerning. However, I would insist you to upload an image of the area so that I can have a look and can comment accordingly. As of now, you can apply some emollient like aloe vera lotion topically. You can apply ice if you feel necessary. Nothing else needs to be done.

I would await your response.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Wait for a few days

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the images. Going by the looks it does not look concerning. However, if the hardness petsists, an abscess would need to be ruled out.
