Question: I have a low body temp of 95.7, loss of appetite and slight feelings in my stomach and a slightly elevated white blood count. Any ideas?

From your history and blood reports, it seems like a mild stomach infection. Dont worry. Such episodes are common and can be dealt with diet modification and medicines. The low body temperature might be non specific. I would suggest you the following-

Modify diet. Take more fruits and dietary fibers, less fatty and junk food. Take small frequent meals.
You can take tablet ofloxacin-ornidazole for 5days. It will take care of the infection.
You can take tablet pantoprazole-levosulpiride for 15days.
Also you can take multivitamin syrup for 15days.

You can consult your treating doctor for prescription of the above.
