Brief Answer:
Cause needs to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and past medical history.

Your current symptoms are unrelated to the old Bell's palsy. Bell's palsy only causes weakness of facial muscles and does not lead to tremors.

Tremors of head and arm are unrelated and we need to investigate for the underlying causes.

Investigations would include a brain scan preferably an MRI, thyroid profile and vitamin B12 level in blood.

In the meanwhile, symptomatic treatment may be taken with beta blockers, such as propranolol tablets.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
