Brief Answer:
Fever, headache, chest pain , shortness of breath and vomiting

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Fever, headache, chest pain , shortness of breath and vomiting are a wide range of symptoms. A physical exam would be required to focus on the most telling sign. The fever and headache could be due to an infection e.g sinusitis, meningitis etc The vomiting could be due to an increased intracranial pressure , gastroenteritis , gastritis etc. The shortness of breath could be secondary due to aspiration of the vomit contents or primary e.g asthma. I would advise you not to give her any medication in this situation with shortness of breath and vomiting. Take her to an E.R to have I.V anti emetics, nebulization with salbutamol and antibiotics if required.

Thanks
