Question: 45 year old over weight male has very itchy right nipple on my man boob want to rip it off at times worried about what it can be

Are there any skin changes or any lump felt because RARELY it can be cancer, do not worry as its rare. For the time being take frequent bath and apply neosporin powder and clotrimazole cream alternatively. If it does not heal in a week do let me know.
