Brief Answer:
These are common bacteria living in intestine.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Kleiebasillis pnemoniae are the bacteria that are commonly found in small intestines but do not cause any symptoms as such. However, whenever the immune system of the body is disturbed they invade into the urinary system and cause urinary symptoms.

Taking long term treatment with either Ciprofloxacin or Bactrim help to eradicate the infection.

Repeat your urine culture after antibiotics for 2-3 weeks.

Ensure to drink more water.

Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you.
