                                    Brief Answer:
low levels of vitamin D
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
Vitamin D levels in her body are very less and thus needs to be supplemented by taking sachets of vitamin D 60000 units once a week for at least 8 weeks.
Along with that she needs calcium supplements of 1000 mg a day.
I have seen the attached ultrasound report and it is largely normal except for a low lying placenta but it will eventually (most probably) come to its normal position by 9th month of pregnancy.
Still she should take good amount of rest, avoid intercourse and any strenuous physical activity.
Take care
Regards
Dr Manisha
