Question : Hi, I am a very clean, hygienic person but for the last week everywhere I go, I smell cat pee. I have asked a close friend and my husband and they both said I do not smell. Would there be a problem with my nose?
My own urine is not strong smelling and does not have an ammonia smell associated with it. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your query.

In my opinion, you are having Parosmia.

This needs clinical evaluation and treatment. Probable cause can be chronic sinus problems.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have first clinically examine you, confirm my diagnosis by an endoscopic examination. Treat you with intranasal steroids + vit c supplement with zinc.

Please consult with an ENT specialist for evaluation.
