Answered by Dr. Ramadevi Wani (42 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Probably elongated cervix or Cervical polyp.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I appreciate your concerns.

The films are not very clear. Can you upload better images?
From whatever I can see, it looks like:

1. probably polyp ( It is excessive growth) from cervix.
Do you have excessive bleeding during mensus? Do you have bleeding between periods?
2. Or long cervix ( neck of the womb)
Please post better images.
Waiting for your reply,
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Hi,
Welcome back.

In this film it looks like normal vaginal mucosal folds. Extremely sorry. But in this photograph I am seeing something like two layers of posterior vaginal wall. Something wrong with photography again?

Please get examined by Gynecologist. That will clarify things better for you.

Dr Rama
