1.Is the sore painful?
2.Does it burn or irritates on eating spicy food?
3.Is the Ulcer increasing in size?
4.Did it improve even a bit or is same as it started?
5.Do you have any medical problems or do you take any medication?

yes it is very painful yes it is painful to eat. the size is still the same size and I don't think it is any better. yes I do have medical problems but it is only depression and artheris no major problems. if it is a ulcer what is causing them.

Brief Answer:
Can be a number of causes..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

Ulcer can occur due to a number of causes like deficiency of Vitamin B12, iron and folic acid, chemical and heat burn, physical trauma, eating excess of citrus foods etc..

At times it can even occur without any specific underlying cause..

As of now you should start applying numbing gel containing Lignocaine over it along with Chlorohexidine containing ointment as it is an antiseptic..

You should take vitamin B complex supplements..

Continue doing warm saline gargles.
You can also do soda bicarb gargles..
Suck ice pops..
Avoid spicy and hard foods and also do not eat very hot foods..

Follow for one week and revert me back with the progress of the treatment..

Any further queries are welcome..

Regards..
