Brief Answer:
Looks like lichen planus, apply topical steroids & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like lichen planus.
It is a chronic immune mediated disease of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroids like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Along with this take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime if it is associated with itching.
These are prescription drugs and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.

You can start with the medicines and continue for 2 weeks

Detailed Answer:
According to me it looks like lichen planus.
You can start with the medicines and use for 2 weeks.
