Question : Hi there, i have a black spot on my scrotum that i am a bit concerned about. It doesn't hurt or itch but I'm wondering if it could be anything harmful. It is very small in size and i can feel it when i rub my finger over it. i have taken a picture if that would help

I have reviewed the attached photograph and these are angiokeratoma of the scrotum.
It is a vascular lesion of the skin which usually presents as a normal physiological variant in many individuals.
Don't worry as it is harmless.
You can leave it as such but if it is causing anxiety get it can be removed by cryotherapy, diathermy and laser ablation.
