Question : I just noticed this black tiny thing on my nipple. What could this be??

Dysplastic nevus

Hi and welcome to HCM.

This looks to me like dysplastic nevus and it means that it is not malignant now, but it may in future be especially if you are exposed to sunlight.

So I would recommend to remove it surgically and send to histopathologic analysis.

You should see dermatologist if you want to confirm my diagnosis.
But you can also see plastic surgeon and remove it before seeing dermatologist.
