I am Dr.Kakkar (Dermatologist).

I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the image.

It seems like an "Abrasion" due to inadvertent trauma/ scratching against something.

I'd suggest you use a topical antibiotic cream e.g 2% Mupirocin (Bactroban cream), twice daily for 5-7 days. This should be enough.
