What Causes A Boil On The Nipple?

Question: I am 44 years old and had menopause for almost two years. I have been getting the mamo and pap smear regularly for the past 4 years. I have family history of breast cancer(mother). I have been having boil on my nipple on the left breast frequently for the last three months. I recently got the scanning done as well. The report says BIRADS2.
I am also having hot flashes frequently.
Please suggest further course of action.

Brief Answer:
no active treatment needed
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I understand your health concerns.
There is nothing to worry and just regular pap smear and mammogram will suffice for follow up.
And keep the affected nipple dry and change your brassiere regularly.
As it is nothing active needs to be done.
Take care.

Thank you for addressing my concern. Before I close the discussion, I want to seek further clarity in respect to my contrast MRI done for both my breast. In the report they have made certain observations. I am uploading the picture of the report. Please let me know your views about the report. That apart regarding the hot flashes and sweating I want to know if it is normal.
