Having a bowel movement every time after meals is not normal. This is a common symptom of irritable bowel syndrome or IBS. IBS is a functional disorder of bowel motility where one can have constipation, diarrhea, bowel movement immediately after meals and gurgling sounds in the abdomen.
If someone is having this symptom, then I would recommend having checked for IBS.
