Brief Answer:
Bradykinesia

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Bradykinesia refers to slowness of movement and is one of the main manifestations of Parkinson's disease. Based on the progression of disease, there can be variable degrees of associated tremors, instability in posture and rigidity. However, this is based alone on the description that you gave and a proper neurological examination would be required to correlate it with the history. Psychiatric issues like major depression, OCD and generalized anxiety disorders can also have physical manifestations affecting the movements, gait etc. They are one important differential in this regard, if an organic cause is not determined. I would advise you to fix an appointment with a neurologist through your GP for confirmation of the cause.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
