Question : Several weeks ive had this small browinsh bump. A few weeks later i noticed this other one. They are not painful, slightly raised. I have a history of hpv, im 36, and a smoker. Im worried about pre cancerious and cancerous conditions ive been reading about.

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts and photographs that you have uploaded you have small Sub Mucous Cysts over glans penis .

The re are abundant mucus secreting glands in glans penis which secrete mucus which helps to keep glans moist to prevent from drying up .

These cysts develop due to blockage of the duct resulting into collection of mucus what is called as Sub mucus Cysts .

Normally these cysts fade away and do not require treatment .

Ensure to wash your genital with warm water twice daily .

They are not cancerous at all.Do not worry about them .
