                                    Brief Answer:
Its pelvic infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand your concerns.
The reason for this discharge is infection.
Lower abdominal pain with implant inside with discharge which is not periods is sure sign of pelvic infection.
I will advise you to get a culture microscopy and antibiotic sensitivity of the discharge and a sonography of pelvis.
This will help more accurate diagnosis and treatment.
If you have already started with the pessary then complete the course.

Dr Som MD

Dear XXXX,
Thank you for clarifying.
Of course then the implant has no role in the infection.
But even then the scenario sounds like an infection and i will advise you to do the test i have told.
