I'm just starting to worry about the bumps showing up cause have never experience this before. I only have affair with my only partner for over 1 yr now. Also about my ball, my partner is starting to worry about it cause it always look ugly. it's not always formed, I don't know if this is normal. Please advice. I will upload image.

Brief Answer:
Fordyce spots

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. with only one partner for one year, STDs suspicion is less likely, also these bumps look like benign fordyce spots with clogged sebaceous pores. Just wait and see, dont pop, poke or pick these bumps, maintain a good hygiene, avoid sweating, wear loose cotton undergarments, abstain from coitus or any other friction pleasure for a while. Use hypoallergenic hygiene gels there. There is no harm in getting tested for STDs though. Let your sexual disease doctor have a look and run some labs but to me it looks benign and self resolving.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Thank you doctor for the reply, but what about the look at my ball... My partner complains that it looks ugly and not well formed, does this look normal or it is a problem I have to solve, please advice on that too.

Brief Answer:
mole

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getitng back to me

That black spot on the scrotum looks like a mole and is benign. if it bothers, you may consult a cosmetic surgeon and let them consider its removal. Otherwise not concerned with any disease.

I hope it helps.
