Question: I did cocaine for the first time a few days ago and now I have a bump on the roof of my mouth Ina wondering if this is serious?

Dear Ms, cocaine is very acidic that is why it causes an inflammation of the mouth tissue..
The bump you are experiencing is due to the inflammation. At this point it is not serious and can be treated by an anti inflammatory as ibuprofen tablets every 8 hours .
but on chronic use of cocaine this inflammation can get very serious to the point that it causes perforation of the mouth roof.
if this happens then you will have difficulty taking and eating and will require surgical correction .
