Question : I am 5 weeks pregnant and my stomach is burning. I'd this normal?
Brief Answer:
Its normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand your concerns.
Burning in stomach is common in pregnancy.
It is due to slowed digestion due to hormonal changes.
I will advise you to take gelusil syrup and if that does not help you can take omeprazole capsules.
Both are safe in pregnancy and have no side effects on you or baby generally.
