Question : Hi, I have been experiencing a buzzing sensation in the heart area accompanied by soreness of the breasts and pain in my arms. The buzzing lasts a few seconds several times a day and feels like a vibrating cell phone.

Hi. I'm 33, last period was 2 weeks ago, 5'5" tall and about 150 lbs. I'm generally healthy, no complications. I do take 300mg Wellbutrin and 20mg of Prozac daily. I never had these symptoms before, they just came on suddenly. there is a slight discomfort in my left chest area with mild pain.

Such buzzing, mild chest pain and discomfort is a known side effect of both Wellbutrin and Prozac .
However, you should have a cardiological opinion just in case, to rule out any possible heart condition.
I do not think that is likely at your age and with your fitness levels.
If the symptoms are troublesome, you might consider tapering / stopping the medications.
