Question : Thank you. My boyfriend sent me a picture of his penis the day after we had unprotected sex. (is there a way to send you this?) Basicaly, he had a bunch of little white head things on the head of his penis. he said didn't hurt or itch and in 2 days went from reddish to gone. We didn't worry a whole lot about them until about a week later when we had sex again, the same thing happened. It looking at online pictures it doesn't really look or act like anything I've run in to. Thank you very much for any ideas of what it might be or from.

Welcome to health care magic. I have gone through the photo and details.

It may be due to Herpes simplex virus or fungal infection.Do you have either fungal infection( white discharge or itching) or herpes(tiny water filled lesions ) lesions/infection?. The chances of the similar disease in your partner is higher ,if both do not have multiple partners.
You both can get examined by a doctor and get tested for HSV1 & 2 IgM and IgG Antibodies .

Both disease are not a serious disease.
