Question : Hi. My left leg is freezing cold; while the other is normal body temperature. I had ankle surgery 3 months ago and I’m not weight bearing yet

If there is just coldness without pain and sensation loss then this is probably benign and may be caused by spasm of arteries in legs. But considering your recent ankle surgery it may be beginning of deep vein thrombosis as well. So it would be good to do doppler ultrasound to check your blood vessels and possibly atherosclerosis or spasm. Till that, you should take aspirin, wear elastic stockings and avoid cold environment.
