Question : Hi I'm 7Weeks 2 Days pregnant but my USG - Early Pregnancy has given that i'm 6Weeks 0 days pregnant with Cardiac activity is not appreciated and Right ovary shows a cyst with clear contents measuring 4cms. Repeat scan after 2 Weeks. Is there any problem in baby development?

If done transvaginal scan, cardiac activity should have been seen by now. Hence it is difficult to say if baby is fine.

Therefore I suggest you get another repeat ultrasound scan done after one week to confirm cardiac activity.
