Question : I has applied undiluted dettol to a face injury around 15 hours back. Now it has left a dark spot where it was applied. What should I do?

Hello,

Dettol has lead to irritant contact dermatitis. Apply ointment fluticasone 0.05 % twice daily for a week and take tablet cetirizine 10 mg daily in night. This combination should help you.
