Brief Answer:
Side effect of the pill
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Postpone 72 or the emergency contraceptive pill has the effect of delaying the next expected periods by 2-3 weeks.
So, the delayed periods are likely due to the side effect of the pill, hence the urine pregnancy test is negative.
I will suggest you to wait for the periods for another 2 weeks.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
