Brief Answer:
Please use chlorhexidine mouth wash

Detailed Answer:
Hello

It is likely that the white thing which you are seeing may not actually be a stone, but may be undigested food stuck in the tonsil. I will explain this to you

The tonsil has a lot of depressions called crypts on the surface, which are normal structures. Some times these crypts get swollen up which i mostly due to an infection and this results in undigested food from the mouth getting stuck in them. This undigested food will appear as a white lump.

The best thing would be to use chlorhexidine mouth wash and gargle with it 3-4 times a day, this will reduce the swelling of the crypts and open them up so that the undigested food can escape.

If this does not help you, then i suggest that you meet an ent doctor , who will take a throat swab to see what microbe is responsible for the infection and give you appropriate antibiotics.

Please dont worry as most of the time patients improve with mouth washes alone.

Take care!
