it's on my ball sac it is like a zit almost it was white this morning when I noticed it, I tried to pop it and it turned yellow. it has some discomfort not bad though. not gotten any bigger. I'm attaching a photo

Thanks for the info.
Its folliculitis, the best way to treat is by popping it out. It has to grow to its full size to pop and drain it. I would recommend you to wait for a day or two. Once it appears tense filed with pus you can break it open. Express the pus entirely and apply MUPIMET ointment over the sinus. DO not wash or use any antiseptic solution on the raw wound.It takes not more than 3 days for it to get healed completely.

Frequent touching can transfer the infection to the vicinity leading to multiple lesions.
Treatment of this is same as I mentioned earlier.
