Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Low TSH with normal T3 and T4 may be found in subclinical hyperthyroidism, pregnancy and medications.

you should repeat the test after 2-4 weeks.
Any pregnancy, headache, visual loss, neck swelling?
You can upload reports too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
