Question : my wife have 0.001 TSH, We have checked Free T3 and Free T4. both are normal. what could be the reason

we did pregnancy test, it was negative. also got periods on 45th day. apart from this she used to get almost regular periods. 28, 34 days cycle pattern alternatively.
